Jennifer Aniston on being “shamed” for Brad Pitt divorce and her nipples and why Justin Theroux is perfect for her

The Hollywood actress says she doesn’t want to be “whittled down to a sad, childless human”

Jennifer Aniston rarely comments on life behind closed doors.

But in a new interview, the former Friends star opens up about husband Justin Theroux and discusses how so many aspects of her life have been “shamed” throughout her time in the spotlight.
Speaking to the latest issue of Marie Claire , Jen describes husband Justin – who she met on the set of Wanderlust in 2011 – as the “right person for her”.

“All I know is that I feel completely seen, and adored, in no matter what state,” the 47-year-old shared.

“My marital status has been shamed; my divorce status was shamed; my lack of a mate had been shamed; my nipples have been shamed,” she explains.

“It’s like, ‘Why are we only looking at women through this particular lens of picking us apart? Why are we listening to it?’

“I just thought: I have worked too hard in this life and this career to be whittled down to a sad, childless human.”

Meanwhile, the actress may have a huge selection of highly successful movies under her belt, as well as a long stint as Rachel Green, but she also admitted she’s starting to get bored of her life in front of the cameras.

She added to the magazine: “This is a time when I’m not completely sure what I’m doing. I’m at this sort of crossroads trying to figure out what inspires me deep in my core. What used to make me tick is not necessarily making me tick anymore … The most challenging thing right now is trying to find what it is that makes my heart sing.”
