England hero Ray Wilkins missesdrink-drive court hearing as he’s inrehab

  1. The former Chelsea and Manchester United manwas due to attend court today to face drink-driving

charges over an incident earlier the month.

But instead, the 59-year-old football pundit is

undergoing a 28-day rehabilitation course at a

clinic in Woking.
It comes after he allegedly tested nearly three
times over the legal limit in Hounslow, west
London, on July 1.
Wilkins, who captained England 10 times during 84
appearances, was reportedly stopped by another
motorist who spotted him “weaving” in a Mercedes
sports car at around 8.10pm.
